By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all purchases made through www.danielgarcia.photography.

Custom Produced Artwork

All artwork is custom produced to order through a professional print partner after purchase. Each piece is made specifically for the buyer based on the selected size, material, and finish.

Final Sale

Because artwork is custom produced, all sales are final. Orders may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except as required by applicable law.

No Cancellations or Changes

Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed after checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Delivery Timing

Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons, including holidays, production and shipping times may be extended. Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the artwork is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

Color and Appearance

Minor variations in color, brightness, or finish may occur due to differences in monitor calibration and the nature of photographic printing. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
