Gallery Ordering FAQ - What print mediums are available for special order?

Basic prints are available on Canson Platine Fibre Rag. Choose Fibre Rag for a premium luster finish on a heavyweight fine art paper.
Also available are infused metal prints in glossy or matte finish; or acrylic prints. Quotes for canvas prints available based on order.

Most prints look best on infused metal. Metal prints are easy to clean, are ready to hang, and eliminate the need for framing.

Framing and floating frames are available for metal prints. Inquire for pricing and additional shipping costs.

How long does shipping usually take?

Items noted as “In-Stock” will be shipped via FEDEX Ground the next business day.

Special order prints will be processed the following Tuesday and shipped via UPS within two business days after printing.

Special order print mediums such as infused metal, acrylic, or canvas wrap will require additional print and ship time. An estimated delivery date can be provided upon receipt of order.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns/Refunds Overview
    We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless (a) the item arrives lost, damaged, or defective, or (b) otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. All products are sold as described, and all sales are final.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us in writing within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage/defect. Upon verification, we will replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion.

  3. Return Process
    To request a refund or replacement for a defective/damaged item:
    a. Email support@danielgarcia.photography
    b. Include order number and photos.
    c. Only items returned with prior authorization will be considered.

  4. Exclusions
    Artwork prints and custom orders cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse. Shipping fees, framing, and handling costs are non-refundable.

  5. Timing
    Requests submitted after 10 days from delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
