Daniel García Photography is committed to delivering professional quality artwork. Please review the policy below carefully.

All Sales Final

All artwork is custom produced to order. For this reason, all sales are final, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within ten (10) days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the artwork at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged items unless a replacement is not possible.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delivery delays

  • Holiday timing expectations

  • Minor color or finish variations

  • Damage caused after delivery

Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
